I absolutely loved the beautiful decoration of the hotel. The lobby and common areas were tastefully adorned with cozy furniture and elegant artwork. As a senior woman, I found the hotel to be very accessible. It had an elevator, which made getting around much easier, and the staff was always available at the 24-hour front desk to assist me with any needs or questions.

I would have appreciated a better vacation experience if the children working there were a bit more attentive.

The room had a sick view of the ocean and mountains. We even saw a crazy sunset from there. We also tried out the golf course nearby. It was hilarious seeing our friends try to hit the ball. We laughed so hard! Harstad is a chill town with lots of cool activities to do.

The only thing that could have been better for us party people is if the hotel had a nightclub or a bar with awesome music. We wanted to dance all night and let loose after exploring during the day.

All around satisfied, the room was optically and technically well equipped. The breakfast offered everything that was needed. Also the location directly at the water, excellent!

The view of the construction site, however, was not disturbing. It's the only little negative point.

As backpackers, we loved the friendly and welcoming staff, especially during check-in. The room on the 6th floor had a great view and a small balcony. The breakfast was delicious, with plenty of options for both non-vegans and vegans. The hotel also allowed for two extra beds, which is great for families.

Felt like home, no reason to complain.

The hotel is very centrally located. Unfortunately this is also connected with street noise which disappears after ten o'clock in the evening. Very good breakfast and friendly service.

We stayed in a hotel with an amazing location right in front of the harbor, close to the city centre and the Hurtigruten terminal. The room was well-equipped, clean and had a beautiful view of the lake and mountains. The staff was very friendly, accommodating, and customer-oriented. We particularly enjoyed the complimentary coffee and tea station in the reception area after our delicious breakfast that had great selections of cold and hot foods with smoothies and desserts.

The WiFi in some rooms was a bit weak.

I missed a working air condition in the room when we were there since it was quite hot. But I guess that is often not needed.

The Waterfront View -. During my stay, I couldn't help but be captivated by the stunning Vågsfjord views from the hotel. It felt like Mother Nature had painted a breathtaking masterpiece right outside my window. The serenity and tranquility of the surroundings were truly awe-inspiring.
